Wooden house "Kathleen"(Finnish design)

Wooden house "Kathleen" made of glued laminated timber umber is built in typical Nordic style; such projects can be found in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. All the rooms of the house are situated on one floor: living room, three bedrooms (one with dressing room), kitchen, dining room, pantry, two bathrooms, boiler room and laundry room.
Lobby and hall are pretty compact, but adorable living room is very spacious and bright. It is combined with the kitchen, which makes it convenient to receive guests and arrange family dinners. In another part of the house to the right of the hall, two equal bedrooms are situated. Third bedroom is situated next to them; it has a separate dressing room. The project is designed for those people who need a suburban housing at affordable price. And «Kathleen» is an example of such a project!
The house consists of only one floor, but during the planning our architects took into account all questions that may arise and made it optimally convenient for its residents.
