CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENERGY EFFICIENT WOODEN HOUSE IN GERMANY

An energy efficient wooden house from our architectural bureau is built in an ordinary village. The wooden house is perfectly inscribed in the surrounding rural architecture and in the geometry of the slope, entrances to the premises are available both on the first and second floors of the building. The foundation of the house is made of reinforced concrete, the house itself is completely wooden.



The ecological shell of the wooden house provides a balanced microclimate in the room. The wooden wall has a heat capacity that is different from ordinary stone structures. According to the standards of a passive wooden house, a layer of insulation (wood fiber) surrounds the built house inside. The first floor inside the house is densely paneled with Siberian larch, which is a by-product from the production of window profiles produced nearby. Photovoltaic modules will be located on the south roof. This additional component of the passive house can be used as an additional home energy. The wooden building has a ventilation system with heat recovery.



The result is a cozy space with a modern design, based on simple lines, panoramic windows and large spaces. The most spectacular view opens through a large window to the north, this window is the biggest problem in terms of passive house design. North-oriented holes in passive wooden houses are ideally minimized to reduce heat losses, so instead of triple glazing, the window was designed and built with four-fold glazing. In addition, all windows are frameless and flush with the outside of the wooden building, so that they act as decor in a wooden structure and simultaneously emphasize the shape of the wooden house.



In addition, the house has been tested as prototype for the future similar construction projects, technical innovations - concrete sandwich panels with vacuum insulation and geothermal heat pumps.

We have implemented over 1000 houses, each with an area of ​​more than 100 m2. Our main market is Europe. Our wooden houses from round logs and glued beams can be seen in Germany, Norway, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, Finland, Russia, Ukraine and, of course, Belarus. But not only European countries use our services, we have clients also in the UAE and Australia.



The production base is located 200 km from Minsk, in Tabasalu, on the territory of 2.8 hectares, of which the production area with storage facilities is 1500 m².
