The "Alps" project is a classic combination house, built with proven technology: sturdy stone first floor and cozy wooden second. Such a solution ensures structural reliability, durability and comfortable microclimate for living.

The first floor of the house is made of stone materials - brick, blocks or monolith. It provides a strong foundation, resistant to moisture and stress, ideal for the accommodation of technical rooms, kitchen, living room or garage.

The second floor is made of adhesive brine. Wood creates a warm atmosphere, retains heat well and gives the house an expressive appearance. The lower weight of the structure reduces the load on the foundation, and the large beams protect the facade from precipitation.

The architecture of the house emphasizes the alpine style: a double-sloped roof with ceramic tiles, wide cornices, balcony and terrace, as well as impressive wooden elements of the facade.
