The house is designed for life in nature: among pine trees, near a forest, in a rural village or on a site by the water. The tall silhouette, panoramic windows, spacious terraces and impressive interior volume make the project visually strong and memorable.

The main feature of the house is a central space with height from floor to skater up to 11 meters. Thanks to the third light, open galleries and large glazing, the interior is filled with air, light and a sense of scale.

One of the key points that the client made was that the tower’s residential building should have maximum visible internal volumes.
This was due to the "second light" - the absence of floors between the second and third floors in the part of the house.
